Cooking Up New Employee Benefits

In collaboration with Mercer, we took the benefits enrollment process one step further than digital and made it interactive ... even entertaining. Sara Lee's diverse employee population was used to receiving a yearly multi-page printed brochure. By creating a kitchen themed website, reminiscent of a Food Network show, we were able to present the information in an appealing and memorable format. We managed and produced all aspects of this project, from story boards and casting to user experience design and delivery.
